Repetition!!!!
Repetition is key in mind
training programs such as A Course in Miracles and the 12 Step Program. We are
so used to our old way of thinking that by the time we hit our bottom a new
thought is more than welcome. A Course in Miracles reminds us that through
repetition the lesson will be learned without any "analyzation" on
our part. What a relief to us addicts and alcoholics who are so used to relying
only on our ability to solve a problem. Now we are given an idea and the
solving is done for us, the only requirement is that we be willing to apply it.
The recognition that by applying ideas that
are given us directly to the ability to let go is the bases of forgiveness and
our freedom. Without forgiveness there is no way we can experience the joy of
being recovered and being free. Both A Course in Miracles and the 12 Step
Program give us tools to be released from our addiction to our bodies, our old
ideas, and death, through a spiritual experience. Through repetition we might
come to realize a whole new idea or even blast out into a heaven we had not
even thought possible.
Who knows? But the only way to find out is to
do it. We welcome you to experiment this month with Repetition!!!

There is no greater beauty secret than that of forgiveness!
In part II, Section #1, of the Workbook Lessons of A Course in Miracles, "What is Forgiveness?," Jesus clearly states, "An unforgiving thought is one which makes a judgment that it will not raise to doubt, although it is not true.
Forgiveness recognizes what you thought your brother did to you has not occurred.
